A Text To Gregg Translator

What I think would be FANTASTIC would be a Gregg text convertor. Just download an e-book or text file, load it up, click "translate," and there's your Gregg story to read : ) I was almost about to pull up VC++ and make one, but I wouldn't know much about English to phonetic translating...and I couldn't find any exhaustive text files of anything like that...so if there's anybody that knows of a wordlist somewhere that's coupled with the IPA or similar phonetical spelling, I'd love to know about it. Who knows if it'll happen, but it'd be a fun, and relativly simple project for my now stagnent programming hobby.
