If you are interested in building your speed in shorthand, I found a site that has a program you can download. It doesn't teach you shorthand, but it will help you a lot with speed in any style of shorthand.
TO DOWNLOAD: Go to the site and one the left hand side, you will see "Download and use the speed teacher for...." Click that, then on the next page, scroll down... you will see Windows XP, Windows 2000, ME, and Windows 98. Choose the one that matches your computer. It will begin to download.
