Does anyone have the Gregg Shorthand Simplified manual, with the blue-grey hard cover, 1950 edition? I've lost mine and I'd like to order one and have it sent airmail. The problem is its weight. It'll cost me a fortune if it's heavier than one kilo (approximately two pounds). Can anyone tell me how much it weighs?
