I just heard that Steve Rosen, the man who developed AlphaHand, passed away earlier this month.
I had the pleasure of meeting him a few years ago. He taught Business Education at NYU (or was it Columbia?) for a very long time before retiring in the early 1990s, I believe.
The last time I spoke to him was in January as I was interested in finding in-print copies of his book. (They're no longer in print and the class I was thinking of teaching never got off the ground.)
