Real Time Videos?

If it were feasible, I would be very interested in downloading and viewing Gregg Shorthand being recorded verbatim in real time with the sound of speaker in the recording as well.
I am new to the hobby and have been soaking it up steadily for about six months now, but the more I practice the more  I realize how far away I am from real time stenography.
So, I would like to admire it up close in a video (modern blackboard).  I am curious about fluency, take-away strokes, and lag time between the hand and the sound.  But instead of reading about it, I would like to watch it with my eyes.
Is this something that would be appropriate, or of any interest from others in this group?
