Hi,
I am a graduate student doing a project on shorthand. I first encountered shorthand while working at a law firm and find it to be both fascinating and beautiful. The purpose of this project is to ask people to considered shorthand on the same level as fine art. I am looking for volunteers to write a brief sample of shorthand and mail it to me in San Francisco. I would also love to have a photo of everyone who writes a sample. Your name will be included as a participant (unless you don't want it to be) and I will pay for all expenses.
