Just wanted to say "Hi," as I just joined this group. I've gone through and checked out most of the posts and I must say that it looks like an awesome group. I'm teaching myself from the 2nd edition of the Simplified Manual and have just finished lesson 8. So far, I haven't really been paying attention to the vocabulary words and marginal reminders since they generally seem pretty useless; but, I have to admit that I should have paid more attention to the fact that "vexation" was a vocabulary word for the reading and writing exercise that I just finished as it took me quite a while to figure out that outline.
Anyway, I hope that everyone is having a joyous holiday season.
