Longhand Penmanship

Hi Everybody :) I'm a big penmanship nerd in general, my longhand included, and am the only person I know who regularly "improves" his writing style by replacing letter forms, ligatures, and by practicing penmanship. I think my current writing most resembles Zapfino, except with longer T ascenders and reversed-curving Ls like the Ds.

Anyway, my question is (especially for JohnSapp!), are there any good penmanship exercises/free books/resources online, especially for Copperplate or other 18th-century alphabets that used to be studied and are now considered "calligraphy"?

Thanks :) I'm asking because I'm considering another "upgrade" and am really liking those 18th-century alphabets!
