Andrew Owen's site of course already covers the Reading and Dictation Practice drills, so the only thing useful here is the Writing Practice drills.
If anyone is surprised to find a two-page key to the Most-Used Phrases Chart, that's because later editions of the Manual evidently left out the 2nd page. Andrew has both pages posted.
