Here is the first Gregg Shorthand edition of The Man Without a Country. It was published in 1922 with Plates by Harriet M. Johnson. It matches the 1916 Gregg Shorthand Manual. This version was included in "Short Classics in Shorthand" (1927).
Gregg later published an Anniversary edition (circa 1931) with plates by Winifred Kenna Richmond. That version appeared in a box set "American Readings in Gregg Shorthand" (Circa 1933). The box set, which was advertised in the Gregg Writer, includes the following, all with the typical green cover:
