These technical term charts are from the appendix in Essentials of Gregg Notehand: Intensive Theory & Practice (1961). I managed to find this book through inter-library loan, but haven't had any luck getting my hands on a copy to purchase. It seems to be much rarer than the textbooks. It is a kind of workbook, with blank lines for writing out answers to both exercises and self-checks (for both the notehand and note-taking principles).
These charts do not appear in the 1st or 2nd editions of Gregg Notehand so I'm guessing very few have actually seen these. This is as close as you're going to get to a notehand dictionary of sorts.
If you want an idea of what the Essentials of Gregg Notehand is like, I scanned in the self-checks from the book. I don't know how to upload a .pdf file here, but you can access it at this link (click on the paperclip once you bring up the link). The units in this book don't align with the units in the Notehand textbooks exactly, though most of the material is very similar if not the same; but we're finding them useful for quizzes even if they are out of order.
